Scott Burk

I am a portrait and headshot photographer from eastern Iowa. My interest in photography took root in the days of film, and even though I drifted away from it for several decades, my love for the craft never waned. After jumping back in a few years ago, I have been captivated by the creative possibilities which have been wrought by the digital age. I especially love creating dramatic, moody portraits that are emotionally evocative. I currently work part-time from a small, but fairly well appointed home studio and am planning to take my love for portraiture full-time when I retire from my "day" job.
