Hi!

I’m Natalia, a hobby photographer from Glasgow. I love to create magic and emphasize abstraction.

The camera (in the phone, digital, or DSLR one) has been with me since I remember. Although my professional life took a completely different course (I’m a Software Developer in the British Broadcasting Company on a daily basis), photography gives me the opportunity to show how I see what’s around me. Due to my passion for travelling (and maybe a bit because I’m an introvert), my collections are mainly landscapes, nature, and cityscapes.

What is photography for me? Photography is a split second, a blink of an eye that allows me to keep that one moment forever. What I value most in photography are non-obvious frames and a hint of magic that happens when you don’t expect it. A few seconds of light during the total darkness. A stranger in a distance, posing like he just read your thoughts.

It’s a mix of patience, magic, and luck at the same time.
