Joaquin Rodriguez

Began my career as a photographer in mid 2015. Worked on Pepito Sin Salida (2015 )(http://m.imdb.com/title/tt4998008/) as 2nd unit director of photography.

I was born in Mexico city, Mexico in the summer of 1997. At age 11 I began a promising career as a racecar driver and quickly rose to the top of the sport in my category. I am now 18 years old and still practice Karting to stay sharp. Photography has been with me for far longer though, as far back as I can remember actually. I always loved picking up whatever camera my family had and going out to shoot either short films with friends or pictures of things that caught my eye. I love photography and especially love constantly learning new things and mastering different techniques. Although I just began my professional career, my quality of work is well above average.

I take alot of inspiration from the likes of Rodrigo Prieto, Bruno Aveillan, and Emmanuel Lubezki just to name a few.
I love exploring different approaches to achieving an image; without risk there is no reward.
