Photography helps scratch my creative itch. Now that I'm retired I can focus (no pun intended) on the technical side of great photos...learning something new just about every day. My next BIG step is in post-production...I'd MUCH rather be out in the field taking pictures...but I KNOW I must also devote time "in the lab" if I'm ever going to get to the "next level."
