Imagine you could only see a forest from hundreds of feet in the air. You’d see a sea of green and an occasional parting for different landmarks, but not much else. There would be a whole world within the trees that you would be missing unless you made the effort to look. Similarly, most of us walk unaware of what lies around us. How many landscapes with a unique cast of characters lie within the size of a footprint? What dark paths might cut through a patch of moss? After years of photography, this has become my sole creative niche: to introduce as many people to the vast worlds of our backyard as possible.
