I enjoy vintage camera gear, especially lenses. It is fun to adapt those old camera lenses onto mirrorless cameras. That has also opened up the world of film photography because once you own the lenses, 35mm film cameras can be found for relatively little money.

Beyond that, I also like to do macro photography. Pushing past life-size magnification is a fun challenge. It is also another way to use vintage camera lenses as manual apertures make it easier to use them on a camera bellows as well as allowing them to be reverse mounted.
