With great enthusiasm, I took up photography as a hobby when we started a family, and I've been helplessly captivated by the enjoyment - and challenge it brings - ever since! I feel fortunate to have enjoyed opportunities over the years, both nearby and abroad, to collect images which have intrigued me in some way or another. It has been a joy to look around and take in the world around us all, and to build an image collection that motivates me to continue learning - and capturing. Although I have worked events over the years, my real passion is taking unencumbered captures while travelling near - or far - soaking up singular moments in urban and natural settings whenever I can sling my gear over my shoulder and go. It's a beautiful marble we live on, after all...

My professional aspirations began years ago, when a photo of mine was licensed as the full page feature image for a travel article in AAA's Highroads travel magazine. More of my images have since been displayed in commercial spaces and in fine homes as wall art decor. I really enjoy the personal interactions a project brings.

To keep my creative juices flowing, I participate on various social media platforms and in photo contests - this gives me valuable opportunities to connect with a variety of other photographers, artists and creators in a fascinating world I've loved becoming a part of.
