My story begins with an old hand-me-down Canon AE-1, placed in my hands once I could hold a camera. In the early years I shot with film but made the transition into digital in an attempt to hold processing cost of film to minimum during my formative years.

I currently use the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV, my first Full Frame camera after many years of using a crop sensor camera like my previous Canon EOS 800D. This transition was in an effort to produce more visually stunning images that capture the pure unadulterated wonders of nature I seem to come across.

While I find myself shooting more in a natural setting where I can capture the beauty of the flora and fauna around me, I do from time-to-time stray into the man made world to immortalize the majesty and atrocities created or left by man. When the rare opportunity arises and I encounter a person whom I can shoot in a natural and candid fashion who are fine with no filters or alterations to their images I capture the unique beauty of humanity. In my 35 years behind the camera I have found ways to be versatile in my field all while staying true to the accuracy of my artwork.
