Robert Stokes

Originally from Washington DC, my inherently restless nature (and a pretty lady who happens to be my wife) has led me to Aberdeen, Scotland. On the side I teach indoor rock climbing and facilitate high ropes sessions for a local social enterprise, but these days the majority of my working energy goes into photography and writing.

From my earliest days I've always had a precocious curiosity for the world and an insatiable desire to explore it - both physically and intellectually. Photography and writing give focus and meaning to my passions and allow me to share my experiences - good, bad or ugly - with others.
