I'm a successful small business owner with more than 20 years of marketing and sales experience. I have used social media to increase branding, drive sales and create revenue for his own businesses since 2006 before Facebook brand pages existed.
Active on LinkedIn since 2007, Twitter since 2009 and Google+ and Pinterest by invitation and now Instagram, my methodology is based on my own practical experience leveraging each platform.
With strong, actively engaged followings under Tactical Social Media and my own name on each of the major platforms, I understand what it requires to build a successful personal and brand presence online. I focus on the tactical use of social networks to drive traffic (and how to accurately measure successes) as part of an integrated marketing campaign combining inbound with traditional outbound avenues.
