The opportunity to create photographs and films fascinates me. I love how we can use these images to tell stories and to connect with one another.

In particular, I really enjoy creating imagery involving people.

Whether it be a fashion lookbook, commercial photography, filmmaking or event, great imagery connects us with others. When working with a client I am seeking to unlock the stories within. To show those stories in photographs and films. So that the message we are looking to send to the audience is received. This is because stories and visuals evoke an emotional response and connection from the viewer.

I craft and carefully make my images and films. I work with light and shadow to build a scene. That involves understanding what the existing available light is doing. So, for example, there might be a need for added illumination. This might come from extra lights, reflectors, or other modifiers. Planning my imagery is very important because it helps keep things on time and on budget and consistent with the vision.
