Gyorgy Szonyi

I am a professor of English and cultural history at two Hungarian Universities. Since childhood I've been taking photographs, the basics I learnt from my father, an enthusiast, including darkroom techniques. Since the 1990s I've been also engaged in videography, mostly creating teaching materials for my students relating to art- and cultural history. During the last few years I returned to serious photography, I consider myself a semi-pro enthusiast. I had so far three individual exhibitions and a few group appearances. I shall be grateful for comments and critique, I look forward to getting to know photographers with related interests.
