Dennis Cartwright
I am a retired senior who began photography in 1968 when I purchased my first photographic equipment, a Miranda Sensorex and 2 lenses. I shot almost exclusively Kodachrome 64 slide film until I had children then switched to colour negatives. Throughout that time I also used Konica, Canon and Nikon film cameras. With the advent of digital, I started with a Canon SX-10, moved on to a Canon 60D and now primarily use Olympus E-M 10 Mk ll, E-M 1 Mk lll and OM System OM-1 Mk ll.
I am essentially a self-taught photographer who shoots primarily for my own interest. I do not have a specific subject interest but do tend toward landscape / outdoor photography. I am an active participant in the Camera Club of Ottawa and their various photographic competitions and shows.
