Robert Smith

Rob Smith is an engineer and photographer who has lived and worked in Shanghai since arriving in 1996. For the past 20 years he has been climbing the rooftops and navigating the narrow streets and lanes to document both the development of the city and the life of the people that call Shanghai home. He shares many of his images of Shanghai on social media and his work has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers around China.
