Former senior writer, producer for CNN International and local television news outlets from Hong Kong to Charleston. Freelance writer/photographer for Booth Newspapers/MLIVE in Michigan. Currently freelance writing out of Charleston with occasional photography. Worked and lived overseas in Asia and the Middle East. Started my career as a U.S. Army broadcaster with Armed Forces Radio & Television in Korea. B.A. in Communications, Salem International University.
