James McCann

I began photographing in High School for a class and found it really interesting capturing the world through a lens. I joined the military and have had the opportunity to grow that interest into a career.

Mostly doing photojournalism through the Military has taken me to some interesting places. I've had the pleasure of studying photography at Syracuse University in the Newhouse School of Public Communication. Outside of that full-time job, I've shot weddings, family portraits, and the like for friends and family.

I really enjoy showing people the world, nature, animals, the military, or themselves in ways they may not have thought of or realized.
