Peter Beattie

Studied commercial photography, back in the 80’s in Sydney Australia for four years. Worked on staff for a large magazine publisher for 12 years in Sydney shooting, cars, motorcycles, boats, sport, food and wine etc, on location and in studio.
Cut my teeth on analogue equipment, 4x5 view cameras, Mamiya 67 pro SD, Canon F1n body’s, lenses from15mm - 500mm.

Moved to New Zealand in the late 90s, worked freelance for Agency’s, Publishers, Large construction companies, and Magazines
After a Fire destroyed our garage and storeroom, I lost 35 years of images, on transparencies and negatives, darkroom/studio equipment, backgrounds stands some cameras etc,
Moved back to Australia
I decided to just shoot for my own pleasure and occasionally do some commissioned work.
