Mark Doiron

Started shooting with slide film more than a half century ago. It influenced my style, which is more get it in the camera than becoming dependent on post-shoot editing. In recent years I've shot a lot of video because the tools are now available for amateurs to make pretty good material. Most of my work focuses on overlanding trips to remote locales all over North America. I prefer a documentary style where I tell the story of each trip with curated videos, audio and stills; voice overs; music; and sound effects. Between adventures I shoot whatever interests me, including places I visit, foods I prepare, and pretty much anything that captures my attention.
