Started photography at 15 on a school trip to Eastern Canada with my parent's point-and-shoot film camera. Came home with 15 rolls of garbage and about 5 good shots and really enjoyed them. Fast forward 10 years and I went on a trip to see some puffins, seals and bald eagles and got some amazing shots of the bald eagles with a Sony point-and-shoot digital camera of my parents.
My ex-in-laws then gave me their old Canon XSI and the kit lenses. 18-55mm and a 55-250mm.
Been getting more and more into it ever since. Now have a Canon R5, too many lenses, off camera lighting and expanding all the time. I can't wait to see what the future brings!
