Have you ever wanted something so badly it made your chest ache with longing? A dull throb of untamed desire for something you wanted, but just couldn't seem to grasp. I had this ache a few times in my life. For a My Little Pony doll. For the LA Gear pump shoes. For the Highlights magazine--complete with its Find 12 Hidden Items in this Picture game--from my dentist's office. The ache that just wouldn't go away.

I hoped these emotions would dissipate the older I got, but I realized that while I may get over not having a pair of cool shoes, aches in my chest would come from other things. Elements in life I dreamed of having, but just couldn't seem to grasp. That is, until I found something I couldn't stop dreaming of until it became a reality: Photography.

I left law school and started my business in 2006 and have since filled the ache in my chest with happiness that percolates from my heart. I fell in love with Love. The joy and fulfillment I receive in documenting the most special moments on a wedding day compares to nothing else. My Little Pony and LA Gear pump shoes included.
