I don't really take picture to get likes, i think when that happens it obstructs creativity, I take pictures because I like them, if others do great if not well nothings ventured nothing gained, I don't agree with over re-touching i think it take part of who that person is when shoot so i try to keep things human after all our world is not perfect nor sure skin. I think photo -retouching is becoming more so an ethical question!
