Vaidotas Darulis

Hi, my name is Vaidotas and I'm a self-taught architecture focused photographer based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
I have been attracted to visual arts for many years, but I have only picked up a camera a few years ago and since then I have deliberately thrown myself into the world of photography after spending many years working in a corporate environment as team manager in fields of client support, logistics and advertising technologies.
Once I realized that I cannot spend my precious time being a grumpy office dweller anymore, my fiancee, who happens to be an interior designer, has suggested me to try and learn photographing interiors with the Sony A6000 which I earlier picked up as a Christmas present to her. I've been grinding Youtube tutorials day and night, practicing with my fiancees interior projects until I landed several commissions in the local design community. Since then, I am a full-time photographer working with interiors and architecture in the local area.

While architecture and interiors are my main focus now, I'm working with several personal projects with fields of architecture, social behavior and self-reflection.
