5 Steps to Take to Improve Your Photography

We are always wanting to improve our photography, and there is always room to grow to be better. The path forward is not always clear, though. If you are wondering how to improve your work, check out this fantastic video tutorial that will show you five clear steps to take that will illuminate how to grow as a photographer.

Coming to you from Micael Widell, this great video will show you five steps to help you become a better photographer. One thing that seems simple but was really salient for me is the importance of comparing your current work to your old work. It seems obvious, but I think a lot of us get very caught up in our current photos and moving on to whatever the next project is, generally leaving our previous work in the past. And while it is good to always keep growing, building a mental timeline of your progress can help you identify trends in your work, where you have improved, and where you might want to focus your attention. And beyond that, it can simply be really satisfying to see how far you have come, and you deserve a pat on the back. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Widell.
