Spring in Texas is a little late this year, but the bluebonnets and paintbrushes are in full bloom. I headed out on a drive through the DFW area in search of wildflowers, and ended up by this lake on Ennis one evening. I can't say enough of how awesome the scene looked with the tree and the flowers in the foreground. I actually had to reduce the vibrance of the scene to make it more tangible as a photograph.
