Maybe its me being super picky but I'd absolutely rate this a 4 if that line/log/ledge wasn't in the foreground. Otherwise a solid edit and capture! Tones feel great.
I'm amazed you managed to compose this without any trees getting in the way. I paced this side of the river myself in December :) Great image of a beautiful city. (great beer too!)
