I did take this shot having the idea of "Fine Art" post processing in my mind, the city in the image is Sharjah, which is near Dubai, This is my second shot for the competition and thanks again.

Was going to give it a 3 and it's close. However I think it needs work. The "Fine art" processing you did is a little heavy handed. Which I expect from that style, however the lighting created doesn't make a lot of sense .
