I like that you tried to do something original. I recognized what it was but only after looking for a moment. It might be improved if there was an angle that let you see more of the strings or something else recognizable as a guitar.
Ok, thanks... I was also thinking the string was a bit "hot".... but am not able to do much about it now. I appreciate the feedback.
I always called it a "Tuning Peg" , love the shot, did you use any focus stacking on this. The DOF is deeper than I expected.
