My only suggestion apart from trying different compositions is to clean of the top of that first piling - the other ones are all so pristine. If the camera was lower then you might also get better/more reflections on top of the pilings?
The sky to the right is amazing, so it really pulls the view that way. Personally, I'd indulge that and have framed the shot such that the pilings angled more to the left so that more of the sunset or sunrise could be included. I appreciate the contrast with the trailing storm on the left but if that interplay was the focus, you should include more sky and center the pilings. Just my 2 cents. All that said, I still gave you four stars because you handled the dynamic range without making it look HDR. :)
