picture shot with Nikon D300S and 17-55 f2.8 lens in my garage. Shot is lit with one simple soft box and moved around and then the images were composited in photoshop

Lighting on the bike looks pretty good. The random cleaners in the background look bad. I'd also position the flag a little better in the frame.
Or leave it out ;)
If you are going to spend the time to light it, then get rid of the clutter in the background.
