Not sure how this has only got "Needs Work". Guessing most don't understand the complexity of underwater portraits. Loving the concept. loving everything except the items along the bottom. in particular the show and glomesh on the right. It has a halo. I would have cloned it out rather than try to brighten it. It draws my eye to it rather than to her face.
