Simple light setup with a continuous light from a color spike light on each side of the model. These are great and allow you to tweak and adjust the tone till it is perfect. It looks like a gel but so much easier than dealing with gels on flashes.

I've always loved this color combination, the thing I would like changed is her facial expression and I don't know why but her left cheek seems weird with that shadow at the bottom.
Otherwise I believe it's a solid image :)
Very interesting colors. I think you’re on the right track but the magenta light spilling onto her face is somewhat distracting to me, especially the little blip on her nose.
