The trumpets color looks good, but it need a different background. I suggest dark grey.
Thank you! This was my first attempt of picture remotely like this. I simply placed it on the rug in my room. If I get into this type of photography I will invest in better backgrounds. Thank you again David.
If you're featuring the instrument, you should try to have the entire instrument in the shot. Also, the color gets very dull on what I think should be the sexiest part, approaching the bell. You've already said you need a better background, so I won't drive that one home again.
