taken around 1pm , the sun was strong, and to actually use that strong light almost frontal in the models face we decided to put the mesh in the place of the window to create all that shadows.

Off topic, not shot with artificial continuous light source (hotlights)
Seems like Sun is the biggest available hotlight on Earth :)
