Make sure your lights are positioned in such a position that they cast a shadow from the nose into the upper lip. I want to see a strong chin/neck separation as well. Bringing the box up will help.
There's no reason for her to be tipping over. We can agree that humans tipping over is our unnatural state. So unless you're giving us a reason for the tipping, keep your subject vertical.
