"Fly Thru Breakfast"

A Great Egret passes through the area during morning light carrying a fresh caught crawdad in its beak for breakfast in SE Michigan, Metro Detroit. I made the image last summer at one of my favorite watering holes for Great Egrets as I waited for it to pass this background.
