Congratulations to the winners!
Am I supposed to be looking at the house or the star trails?
.... or the open window, shoes on the porch, cardboard boxes, blown out highlights, the aircraft/satellite/comet trail, the POV from about 6 inches off the ground, or, or, or?
...or, or, or, your profile picture with shadows darker than a photo taken with the lens cap on, highlights brighter than the idiot driving with his BMW laser headlight high beams on, nuclear orange skin tones, or, or, or? Sorry, just messing with you :) ||| Thanks for the feedback - this was just a quick shoot I did the night before submission at a friend's house so all the details are admittedly not perfect.
Hey Viren good to meet you (virtually) and glad that we seems to both have a similar silly sense of humor.
LAMO!
Keep on creating and thanks for the comment.
It's like I've seen this before...... and this time a tiny bit better.
Cool! Two different people are entering the same image.
Keep going guys!
I figure in 20 or 30 more tries....
Curious to know the story behind this...
Similar submissions because we two are friends and shot the same house together
I knew you'd catch it. Next submission from Peter Jones? Or maybe our new creation Cam Ahra?
LMAO!
The highlights are slightly blown out, and the long-exposure of the night sky kind of distracts from things. But I really think it's a cool photo that can have a great purpose. The mark of a great photographer (in my opinion) is the ability to take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. And this photo makes it look like less of an ordinary house and more like an interesting place where interesting things happen. Good going there!
