I can see this isn't your first rodeo, but at the same time, it's like your inches away from moving to the next level....at least that's what I would guess from this image. Play with your HSL sliders, watch your blues and greens and watch your highlights, especially on those lights. It will make a big difference in the overall feel of the image. I still struggle with it a lot of the time. Sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't. I'm certainly no expert, just some advice from what I see. Nice framing work all said and done though.

This looks awesome i just wonder about the lighting. I think it would have grabbed more at sun up or down with no lights on more. It just feels off cause the lights are all on but the window glares on the tile. The main focus is the window so why not a time of day showcasing that view

Composition is tight as hell! Subject well selected. Payoff satisfying The highlights seem a bit blown out. But overall, the photo serves it's purpose as a real estate shot.
