Only just :), if you know the track its where you come out of the pits going into the first corner.
The sky and track looks good, but the rain looks a little fake and the lighting on the car looks dull. Also, looks a bit CG like an automotive racing game.
Thanx for the cc, the rain is fake and its a full comp of 3 images ... surely not CG.
If that was the look you were going for, then you have achieved it. A trick I’ve found makes fake rain look more realistic is applying a Gaussian blur as well as a motion blur, so the lines don’t look as harsh.
