For the people rating this as a 2 or below I would really like to know what needs work on this photo? It is at least a solid 3. It may not be the most original, but it is well executed. Lines are balanced, dynamic ranges is good, image is sharp, and the longer shutter give a little motion to the water. Dave I like it.
I agree that a 2 is low for this shot, but as far as what needs work? Maybe wait for a better day? This is a very well executed photo of what is likely one of the least interesting sunrise/sets this location sees.
Nothing wrong with this photo, just not much going on.
It is what it is, a record of the best that was on offer for the limited time I was there, how many would not have took the shot because it wasn't dramatic enough, I shoot for my passion not for likes, to make a sale is an added bonus.
i would recomend a longert shutterspeed and maybe a black and white or wait for a better day, with nicer colors.
