I'm surprised by the low score here. I'm very taken with the image. I love the green highlights in the water and the texture of the bubbles. I like the close crop, though I would have left more negative space at the top.

This looks better than many 2 and 3 star images. I think people are giving particularly low scores because of your description, which sounds like this was actually a snapshot (and probably not a published image).
