2.41 - "Needs Work" 

This is just over a 2 minute exposure (124 seconds). I'm very happy with the shot, though I know the foreground is a bit cluttered. I love the colors and textures of the rocks as a foreground element regardless, but curious to see what others think.

I don't know why there's a magenta strip in the middle. I would've put a 4 if it wasn't there.

Thanks for flagging that Ibrahim! It's funny, my girlfriend noticed that right before I posted, and I tried to edit it out a bit before I submitted--clearly I didn't do a great job cleaning it up if you're still seeing it! I showed her the original unedited file and it was there as well. I'm thinking it may be a trick of the light combined with the off-color (dead?) seaweed and a significant blue cast from my ND filter--all of which were probably accentuated in post. I've been tinkering with this photo for a long time so I think my brain somehow blocked out that it looked odd--I'll have to play with it some more to see if I can blend it better.
