I like the colors and composition... I wonder if the lack of sharpness/focus is causing some lower ratings?
The image appears out of focus, perhaps just need to sharpen to improve. I love the composition and colors. Much better than the rating you are getting. Perhaps a greater depth of field would make it a higher rated image.
