Im assuming thats a flash lighting him from his right? Feels like the subject is a bit cold for the enviorment he is in and feels a bit fake :/

Single flash to his left. Can't really see what you're talking about the white balance is the same over the whole image. This is not a composite.
The light hitting his right side is all natural
