Great character shot- her personality comes through and the background I think adds to the story of this person. I would suggest using a small, on-camera flash to fill in the ever-so-slight shadow in her eye sockets and create a catch light in her eye to make them sparkle. Retouch out the tiny little white specks on her left side. The hair at the left (our right) side of her face is a little distracting. Correcting the small details will make this go even farther.
