I like the off-center composition but the closed eyes don't help. Do you have any photos with the same composition and his eyes open? The cell phone in the pocket is a bit distracting.
We took MANY images on that session. This is just one of many at this specific location. There are plenty of images of his eyes open with the same exact post. I posted this one because it's "different". To me, and perhaps only me, it's calming.
About this young man. I've known him since he was born. He is incredible!!! Just an amazing personality; great athlete and brains. He started his undergrad working and will go into Med School soon enough.
I agree about the cell phone in the pocket; I should have paid more attention to that and cropped it out or blended it out.
