Very good.
Maybe a bit too standard, stock, and posed. I feel like there is more of a personality in this person than shows in this photo. Technically proficient- good job. I get the "I'm contemplating my future" look but have him look at the camera- connect him with the viewer. Let's have something more masculine than the finger on the chin pose.
