This is an image of a common widower from a small village in Northern Greece. She is left with the responsibility of herding her husband's sheep. I visit my mother-in-law there often and in the mornings I hear the bells around the necks of the sheep and their hooves cackling down the stone roads, one morning I decided to run out with my camera and ask if I could take her photo, she obliged.
