2.1 - "Needs Work"

I did a story about the protagonists of the Italian agriculture. Mingo is 91 years old and still breeds pigs, cultivate corn and patatoes. Cuts his wood for the winter.

I like this shot. I would like to see a little less sky and more of Mingo. I was going to give you a two at first. It looked kind of snap shotish at first. As I looked it over I noticed more things I liked about the image. The lighting, the depth of field, and the exposure.

I am bothered a little by a few things. The amount of sky takes away from Mingo. He should be more of the shot. Mingo's hand in his pocket just looks a little off and uncomfortable.

Thanks for your comments. Very appreciated. I did this portrait with a Siros Broncolor and a reflector.

I think a tighter crop on this would make it jump out a little better. I love the lighting on him.

Your right I forgot to crop A little bit. Also the second picture should have been crop a little.
