This is a portrait of an old worker. The subject is naturally lighten by the flame but we had a flash for the foreground and the background to come up a bit. I think it's sad that the flame is blown out...

Excellent portrait that tells a story about the subject. Your lighting choices were on point and your subject clearly knows what he's doing and is very comfortable in his own skin.
Really cool shot! Very good lighting. If he didn't hide his face with the torch I would say 4 stars
