This appears to be a self-portrait- that's not a bad thing. Are you the gentleman that shoots exclusively with your cell phone? Keep up the good work. I think too much emphasis is placed on high end cameras and feel it is more important to shoot with what you have and take advantage of the camera's strengths be it a cell phone or a GFX100. I think this photo could be interesting. Place a white card or even a white shirt in front of and below the subject (out of the camera view to the viewer's right) to reflect light back onto the face. That way you can even out the harsh light and throw a catch light in the eyes.
